The hotel's location was quite good, providing quick access to local attractions. The spa facilities were also well-maintained and offered a variety of treatments, which we appreciated after a day of skiing.

Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas. Customer service was lacking, particularly at the bar, where we felt ignored and underwhelmed by the food options available. our room was not cleaned well throughout our stay, with towels and linens being neglected.

During our family getaway, we enjoyed a two-bedroom apartment with breathtaking mountain views that made waking up each morning special. The pet-friendly environment was a significant plus since we brought our small dog along. I particularly appreciated the well-stocked amenities nearby, including ski rentals and a lovely food shop, making our skiing experience smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide array of delicious options that catered to different tastes, making it a delightful start to the day.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment and enjoyed the breathtaking mountain views from our balcony. The heated saltwater pool was a perfect escape after a day on the slopes. having direct access to ski rentals and a shuttle service to the gondola made our skiing experience seamless, and it was wonderful to have our dog with us in a pet-friendly environment. I would have liked a bit more variety in the dinner menu.

Wi-fi was fast, and the chocolate welcome drink was a nice touch. Small ski locker.
